Penarth Sea Angling Club is open to disabled children and adults and is based at Penarth Pier. 

However, meetings and venues are dictated by the tides and weather conditions as well as the time of year e.g Winter fishing may well be for cod or whiting off the pier while summer species such as bass and sole may be best targeted from the Rannie etc. People would be best advised to speak to a contact at the club to see if it meets their needs.
